Getting Started

Three steps to get your team up and running.

Setting Up Your Organization

After registering, you'll go through a quick onboarding wizard to name your organization and invite team members. You can always add more members later from Settings.

Inviting Team Members

Go to Settings and use the "Invite Members" section. Enter email addresses and your teammates will receive an invitation to join your organization.

Navigating the App

Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between features. On mobile, tap the menu icon to open the sidebar. Each feature has its own dedicated page.

Goals

Set goals to keep your team focused on what matters most.

  • Create company-level goals for the whole organization, and team goals for individual departments.
  • Add milestones to break large goals into smaller, trackable steps.
  • Use the status field (On Track, Off Track, Complete) to communicate progress at a glance.
  • At the end of a quarter, use the rollover feature to carry incomplete goals forward.

Scorecard

Track the weekly metrics that drive your business forward with a 13-week rolling view.

  • Click any cell in the grid to enter a value. Use Tab to move to the next metric, Enter to move to the next week.
  • Use "Enter This Week" for quick bulk data entry across all metrics at once.
  • Set a goal and goal type (>=, <=, etc.) for each metric. Cells turn green when on track and red when off track.
  • The sparkline trend column shows whether each metric is trending in the right direction.

To-Dos

Manage action items with due dates, priorities, and inline editing.

  • Click on any to-do to edit its title, due date, description, or priority inline.
  • Use the priority levels (Low, Normal, High) to help your team focus on what matters.
  • To-dos created during meetings are automatically linked to the meeting for context.
  • Export your to-do list as CSV from the export button.

Issues

Surface and track issues that need to be discussed and resolved.

  • Issues can be assigned an owner so the right person is accountable for resolution.
  • Use the Issue Solver during meetings to systematically work through your issues list.
  • Resolved and dropped issues are kept in a history view for reference.
  • Use the search bar to quickly filter issues by text.

Meetings

Run structured meetings with timed agenda segments and built-in tools.

  • Schedule weekly, quarterly, or annual meetings with automatic agenda templates.
  • Each meeting has timed segments. Start a segment to begin the timer, and pause/resume as needed.
  • The Issue Solver segment lets you work through issues directly in the meeting.
  • Set up recurring meetings (weekly, biweekly, monthly) to automatically create the next instance.
  • After a meeting, view the recap to see what was discussed, decided, and assigned.

Vision Plan

Document your strategic vision in a structured, shareable format.

  • Fill in your Core Values, Core Focus, 10-Year Target, and other strategic elements.
  • Click any field to edit it inline. Changes are saved automatically.
  • Use the PDF export to share your vision plan with stakeholders.

Org Chart

Visualize your organizational structure with seats and reporting lines.

  • Create seats (roles) and assign team members to them.
  • Set up reporting relationships using the "Reports To" field.
  • Add responsibilities to each seat for clarity on accountabilities.
  • Drag to pan around the chart. On mobile, use touch gestures to scroll.
  • Click the collapse/expand buttons to focus on specific branches.

1:1 Meetings

Track one-on-one meetings with recurring scheduling and action items.

  • Set up recurring 1:1s that automatically carry forward action items from previous sessions.
  • Review past 1:1 history to see patterns and track follow-through.
  • Use action items to create accountability between meetings.
